The following conditions apply to all purchases. Please read through before confirming your purchase.
Shipping and delivery
All orders placed on weekends weekdays before 13.00 and whose products are in stock are normally sent the same day from us. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are normally sent the next working day. Please note that the carrier’s delivery time will be added, at most two weekdays. However, we can not guarantee that the goods will arrive within the specified delivery time as unforeseen delays may occur. We do not provide compensation for inconveniences that may arise in the event of delays. When your order has been sent from us, you will receive a delivery note emailed to you with a shipping ID so that you can track the delivery. Deliveries are made with Posten Varubrev, A-post or DHL Parcel Connect depending on weight.
You can pay with Swish, Klarna’s invoice, direct payment, card (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal.
We do not deliver against cash on delivery.
Provided that nothing else has been agreed in connection with your order, you can cancel the outstanding order by notifying customer service on telephone number 0290-76 76 80 or by emailing email@example.com.
Right of withdrawal
Full right of withdrawal applies within 14 days of you receiving the item. For unused products in new condition, full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping will be made without delay as soon as we have received the product returned. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have received information about regret, however, the return must have been received for a refund to take place. If your item should be damaged when you receive it, it is instead a complaint, see the complaints section below. You can not invoke the right of withdrawal for an already used product. If your return weighs more than 2 kilos, you need to contact customer service before returning. You do not have to state why you regret it, but send with a note stating that you regret your purchase. Please note that you are always responsible for packaging the goods so that they can not be damaged during delivery. Items that are damaged on arrival due to lack of packaging will be charged to you. Returns may not be subject to collection fees, such as cash on delivery. If a return within the right of withdrawal is returned by letter or weighs less than 2 kg and is not returned as a postal package, you do not need to contact customer service before returning. You pay the cost of the return yourself.
If you have received a faulty or defective item, you must always contact customer service at our logistics partner StjärnDistribution as soon as the fault has been discovered. Defective returns always occur at our expense, but require that you first contact us before the return. Some defective goods must be returned and marked with a return number – contact customer service to see if this applies to your return. Returns may not be subject to collection fees, such as cash on delivery. A defective item is primarily replaced with a new defect-free one. Please note that visible transport damage must be reported within 8 days to customer service.
Uncollected letters or packages
For uncollected letters or packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 89.
Your personal data is protected by the Personal Data Act.
To shop with us, you must fill in all mandatory fields when registering a customer. Completed order means that you agree that the name and social security number are registered in our customer register. All personal data that you provide to us will be processed by our logistics partner StjärnDistribution AB in its capacity as personal data manager. The information will be used for the purpose of being able to fulfill our obligations to you and perform credit checks when purchasing. We never disclose your information to third parties.
We reserve the right to make any (digital) printing errors and outgoing goods.
Safe with us
We follow the law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, as well as the Swedish Consumer Agency’s and the General Complaints Board’s recommendations. We hope you feel safe and comfortable as a customer with us. You are always welcome to contact our customer service with questions about orders, conditions or products.
Upon purchase, the customer receives a time-limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license subscription. The customer is responsible for ensuring that passwords to the product are not provided to another person. DITTlivsomduvillhadet Sverige AB has the right to immediately prevent the customer’s access to the product in the event of illegal use by the customer. DITTlivsomduvillhadet Sverige AB may, during the subscription period, come and reserve the right to modify, upgrade and update the product. DITTlivsomduvillhadet Sverige AB thus has the right to interrupt access to the product for the customer during the subscription period, and the customer is not entitled to compensation for this. DITTlivsomduvillhadet Sverige AB is not responsible for any damages or losses due to the use of the product. No support and right of return is provided on the product.
Physical paper books
The physical paper books are limited in their use to one user. Each individual book may be read and used by the original user only. The books may not be transferred from the original user to another person. This means, among other things, that the so-called classroom set, where the users of the books share the books over time, is not permitted. The original user thus has an exclusive right to use the book, but not the right to transfer the book to another person. DITTlivsomduvillhadet Sverige AB is not responsible for any damages or losses due to the use of the product, and no support is provided on the product.
